  • Foundation underpinning repair piers or piles (resistance, helical, micro pile): used to stabilize and lift the footing or primary load-bearing sections of a foundation.
  • Structural expanding urethanes:  used to void-fill and stabilize load-bearing soils and to lift slabs and pavements.
  • Hydro Active® waterproofing urethanes:  used to void fill and structurally stabilize foundation and pavement load-bearing soils.  Also used to waterproof the soils or positive side of sub-grade walls and slabs without the need for excavation.
  • Polymer Cutoff Wall (patent pending):  used to create a moisture barrier within a soil mass to restrain the moisture content variation and related swell/shrink potential of foundation load-bearing soils.
  • Soil Nails and Lateral Tiebacks:  used to provide structural lateral capacity and stability for retention walls, embankments and other similar structures.
  • Repair Mortars and Epoxies:  used to repair concrete structures that are damaged by mechanical impact, wear and tear, interior structural steel oxidation and chemical corrosive attack.
